- Kundali (Jyotish birth chart) generation based on planetary calculations
- AI-powered Jyotish chat (astrology consultations)
- Panchang (Vedic almanac) and Rashifal (horoscope)
- Kundali Milan / Guna Matching for compatibility
- Muhurat (auspicious timing) calculations
- Numerology, Lal Kitab, and other Vedic tools
- PDF export of astrological reports
3. Entertainment & Educational Disclaimer
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological content. Vedic astrology is a traditional belief system; its predictions are not scientifically verified. You should not make life decisions (medical, financial, legal, relationship, career) based solely on astrological content from this Platform.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in suspension.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Membership Plans & Billing
- Free plan provides limited AI chat credits per day.
- Pro and Max plans provide higher quotas, premium features, and PDF exports.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- No refunds for partial months unless required by applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform.
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to generate excessive requests.
- Share your login credentials with others.
- Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Harass other users or abuse support staff.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or payment systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, algorithms, UI designs, astrological interpretation texts, and AI models on the Platform are the intellectual property of omastroai.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
User-submitted content (e.g., chat messages, birth data entered) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service.
8. Data Retention
As detailed in our Privacy Policy: all AI chats and saved Kundalis are automatically deleted after 30 days. We are not responsible for loss of data beyond this retention window.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
