Delete Your Account and Data
At OmAstro AI, we respect your privacy and provide easy ways to delete your account and all associated data.
Option 1: Delete Instantly from the App (Recommended)
If you have the OmAstro AI mobile app installed, you can delete your account instantly:
- Open the OmAstro AI App.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to My Profile or Dashboard.
- Tap on Security and select Delete Account.
- Confirm by typing
DELETE. Your account and all associated data (charts, chats, profile details) will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Web / Email
If you no longer have the app installed or wish to request deletion via our website, please use one of the following methods:
- By Email: Send an email from your registered email address to support@omastroai.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Please include your registered email address.
- By Contact Form: You can submit a deletion request through our Contact Us Page.
Once a request is received, our support team will delete your account and all associated data (including birth charts, chat history, and tokens) within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
